Structured Onboarding
First 30 Days
Orientation, vision alignment with leadership, comprehensive review of client projects, alliance partnerships, IT systems, and company culture. You'll be paired with a peer buddy and begin shadowing experienced team members.
Weeks 2-4
Integration into client work, review of past client meetings, introduction to our playbooks and alliance partner strategies, and your first formal check-in with your supervisor.
Weeks 5+
Continued mentorship and quarterly goal setting provide ongoing support. Clear pathways for growth and advancement ensure your career develops with purpose.
