Summary

Lead complex audit engagements while ensuring compliance with professional standards and delivering exceptional client service. Oversee audit teams and serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements for various industries
• Review work papers and financial statements for accuracy
• Train and mentor audit staff members
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve complex accounting issues
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• 6+ years of progressive audit experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
• Team leadership and project management experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical accounting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 public accounting experience
• Industry specialization in financial services or technology
• Advanced degree in Accounting
• Experience with data analytics tools
• Knowledge of IFRS
